We offer a specialised architectural service focussing on generating site value through the planning process.

With every project, irrespective of size, we aim to maximise the site's potential.

Our projects include residential schemes, from domestic extensions to multiple new build houses and flats, faith projects, including numerous mosques and cultural centres, to feasibility studies for schools, youth and community centres. See examples below of residential and cultural projects.

We also offer a site appraisal service. We generate a report which includes for a safe and a bullish massing study with appropriate areas schedules, summary of the key planning issues together with a strategy for the proposed schemes and a commercial summary of the site's potential.

We also understand the need for a swift turnaround to inform potential site acquisition.
